Fidel Castro was a communist dictator. Kim Jong Il....Josef Stalin...are you comparing living in a country where you can openly complain, protest, vote out of office, impeach, if warranted, countermand if supported, any leader we have to any of these regimes? There is NOTHING--NOTHING any president of the United States could do that would make himself a communist dictator, even were he a much stronger, supported leader than any we have had since FDR. I mean do you know ANYTHING about the stucture and function of the US Government? Have you SEEN or HEARD how many things that the administration has tried to do and had to get the support of other ELECTED members of Government to make them law? You act like the President can act unilaterally all over the place and get away with it--well, in most cases, he CANNOT, there are checks and balances. In most cases what you are seeing is what a majority (albeit a smaller one than usual) of the people elected their leaders to do. Just because the minority VEHEMENTLY opposes that will does not make the actions unilateral, communist, or wrong. (or right). Whether it is constitutional, will be decided by some extremely learned and thoughtful men on both sides of the fence with a HUGE amount of precedent behind them, I think we'd better trust the system for the most part to protect the minority from other minorities and the majority to do what is fair, not what people "want" to be right or what "seems" to be right, but what is FAIR, what is GOOD in the LONG run, not what suits the RICH, or the STRONG, just because they think they can push everyone around, but what is JUST.
